Matthew Herrmann is a senior advisor at The Roosevelt Group, specializing in Congressional appropriations, federal budgeting, strategic planning, and Indo-Asia-Pacific policy. With over a decade of Capitol Hill experience, including serving as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo (Guam), he brings deep expertise in defense policy and legislative strategy. Matthew holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.P.A. from American University, where he also teaches “Politics & Policy in the Electronic Age.”
