Luke is the Founder of Protagonist Digital and a Marketing Strategic Partner with DVIRC, specializing in marketing and communications strategies driven by customer insights and technology.
With a strong background in marketing automation, productivity software, and customer experience (CX), Luke uses his expertise to drive innovation and enhance customer engagement. As an experienced communications specialist, he develops content strategies and executes initiatives through written narratives, web and video production, email marketing, webinars, podcasts, and social media.
In previous roles, Luke has facilitated Customer Journey mapping for Shaw Industries, led Innovation Sprints for Morehouse College Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, supported growth strategies for Kenco Group and Unum, participated in launching United Way’s Hub for Social Innovation, and produced Technology Innovation Sprints for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
Luke holds certifications in Design Thinking, PMP from PMI, Lean Tools & Essentials, and Remote Design Sprint Essentials by Sprintbase. He is proficient in conducting remote design sprints and skilled in ExperienceInnovation Aware, ExperienceChange, and Foresight Scouts methodology. Additionally, Luke is a certified Webflow web designer and HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist.
Luke holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Covenant College. He enjoys rock climbing and exploring local history. He lives in South Philadelphia with his wife, Madelyn, and their dog, Freddy.
