Before joining DVIRC, Jim held various operational and sales leadership positions, especially in the technology industry. His career involved working with manufacturers, service providers, leading corporations, and government agencies, which provided him with valuable insights into the skills required to successfully navigate complex opportunities. His experience in these diverse roles has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the manufacturing and defense sectors.
Jim’s professional journey began with his service as a deep-sea diver in the U.S. Navy, a role that required immense dedication and resilience. Following his military service, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, further honing his business acumen.
