Chris launched Monarch Consulting Associates after spending over 27 years with Resource Development Company (RDC), where he established the firm’s retained search practice and achieved consistent annual rankings in the Philadelphia area’s Top 20 Executive Recruiters Retained Search list as compiled by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Prior to joining RDC, Chris built a progressive career in finance, accounting, information systems, and human resources, working at both privately owned and publicly held organizations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 companies.
He has been a member of Drexel’s LeBow College of Business MBA Career Services Advisory Board since its inception in 2004 and served as Board Chair for 10 years. He is an active member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches.
Chris received a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and MBA from Drexel University. He is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) licensed in Pennsylvania.
